The Chefs at Firefly create tasty, fresh ‘Modern Caribbean’ dishes using locally sourced and home grown ingredients gathered daily from the Plantation.

Have some fun on our eco friendly, 6 hole, par 3 cross – country golf course, or enjoy a gentle game of Croquet while sipping a long cool drink.

Croquet is complementary to all guests

For golf, there are no traditional greens with cups, instead we have flagpoles.

To complete a hole you must hit the flagpole or have the ball come to rest within one club length from the flagpole.
