Cancellation Policy

All bookings for Firefly member activities and facilities are subject to availability and the following booking policy. **Booking Limits** Members may make bookings in accordance with the applicable booking limits for each activity or facility. If a member has reached their booking limit, they may make a new booking once the date of a previously reserved activity has passed, subject to availability and any applicable booking restrictions. **Cancellation by Firefly** Firefly reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any booking when deemed necessary. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to: - Inclement weather or unsafe conditions. - Scheduled maintenance, repairs, or facility improvements. - Hotel events, including tournaments, weddings, festivals, private functions, or other events that require the use of the relevant facilities, including the tennis area. - Operational requirements, safety concerns, or any other circumstances in which Firefly determines that cancellation is necessary. **Changes to Bookings** Where possible, Firefly will notify affected members of cancellations or changes in advance. Members may contact the relevant team to enquire about alternative dates or times, subject to availability. By making a booking, members, guests and residents acknowledge and agree to this policy.
